Milopure is an automotive intelligence platform that provides fuel contamination detection, fuel quantity measurement, and real-time vehicle health insights using IoT and AI technologies. Our Services are intended for automotive OEMs, enterprise partners, and individual users of the Milopure companion app.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our hardware, software, or algorithms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Milopure systems, APIs, or databases.
• Use the Services in a way that disrupts or harms vehicles or violates OEM protocols.
• Misuse data obtained through the platform, including sensor readings or diagnostics.

Milopure may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration (For App Users)

To access certain features, you may need to create a Milopure user account.

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Milopure is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Collection & Vehicle Information

Milopure collects data related to:

• Fuel quality and contamination levels
• Fuel quantity and consumption patterns
• Vehicle performance and health metrics
• Diagnostic and predictive insights
• Device usage for analytics and improvement

By using our Services, you consent to this data collection and processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Milopure may anonymize and use aggregated data for research, analytics, and product enhancement.

5. Sensor & Diagnostic Accuracy

• Milopure aims to provide precise insights, including ≥98% contamination detection accuracy.
• Readings may vary due to hardware conditions, vehicle models, environmental factors, or improper installation.
• The system provides diagnostic support, not a replacement for certified automotive inspection.

Milopure is not liable for damage resulting from ignored warnings or improper maintenance.

6. OEM Integrations

For OEM partners integrating Milopure’s technology:

• Custom integrations, APIs, SDKs, and calibration tools are subject to separate OEM agreements.
• Milopure may update firmware, models, or APIs to improve performance.
• OEMs are responsible for ensuring compatibility with specific vehicle models.

7. Intellectual Property

All Milopure technology, including: • Sensor designs • AI models • Software • Branding, UI, and website content is owned exclusively by Milopure.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Milopure may integrate with third-party services such as cloud providers, analytics tools, or connected apps.

• Availability of third-party systems
• Their data practices
• Any issues caused by third-party integration failures

9. Limitation of Liability

• Milopure is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Milopure is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate readings, vehicle misuse, or external fuel contamination sources.
• Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services (if applicable).
